Installing a new roof system is a big job. First property will be prepped for protection by hanging tarps, placing OSB where needed and laying tarps on the ground. This is to protect from the falling debris of taking off your old roofing system. Once your roof deck is exposed it will be inspected to insure it is up to code and in good condition to replace with the new roof system. Next, we prep the decking and add the underlayment to prevent wind driven rain from getting to your roof deck. Then lastly the new shingles will be installed along with the ventilation system chosen for your roof to help keep your attic cooler in the Summer to prevent damage to the roof system over the years.
  • Step 5: Final Walk through & Warranty
Once we are off the roof, we make sure all debris is carefully cleaned up. We will walk around the property to ensure the job has been completed to your satisfaction. The warranty for installation and manufacturer of the roof system will begiven to you. Next you will be enjoying your new roof from years to come!
